Maxwell Rose Consulting ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to responsible email practices. This policy explains how we use email to reach businesses and the standards we require of anyone who sends email on our behalf. It applies to our employees, contractors, and any third party acting on our behalf.
How We Use Email
We use email to correspond with clients, to reply to people who contact us through our website, and for business development outreach to businesses we have identified as prospective clients.
Our business development outreach is commercial email that recipients have not requested in advance. We send it from our own company mailboxes. Our campaigns reach many prospects, but each message is addressed and sent to a single recipient; we do not send one message to many recipients at once. We identify prospects ourselves, check that their email addresses are deliverable before sending, and do not buy or rent email lists.
Our outreach messages:
- Are sent from the company mailbox of a named member of our team
- Include an unsubscribe link (see Opting Out below)
- Are no longer sent to anyone who unsubscribes or asks not to receive further messages
- Going forward, do not include links to this website
Standards We Hold Ourselves To
No one acting for or on behalf of Maxwell Rose Consulting may:
- Use misleading subject lines, forged sender information, or deceptive headers
- Continue to email someone who has opted out
- Send messages through compromised, hijacked, or unauthorized systems or accounts
- Buy or rent email lists to send promotional email
- Authorize an affiliate or third party to send email promoting our website or services on our behalf without our approval
Opting Out
Our outreach emails include an unsubscribe link. If you do not want to receive email from us, click the unsubscribe link in any message, reply and ask to be removed, or write to info@maxwellroseconsulting.com. We honor opt-out requests promptly, and in any event within 10 business days.
Reporting Abuse
If you received a message that appears to come from Maxwell Rose Consulting and you believe it violates this policy, or you believe someone is misusing our name or domain, please contact info@maxwellroseconsulting.com and include the full message headers. We review every report and respond.
